SUPERVISION

KNOW MY PROPOSALS

DARE TO LOOK AT YOURSELF AS THE COACH THAT YOU ARE,
AS THE COACH YOU WANT TO BE.

What is Coaching Supervision?

The current development of the coaching profession and the several challenges to which we are exposed as coaches at a personal, professional and organisational level, require us to have a space for reflection and individual and/or  group learning with a supervisor, where you can review what happens in the coaching session, what happens inside yourself and in your relationship with your client.  All these things are done using a systemic perspective to also understand the context in which the client is immersed.

I use the approach of the Tavistock Institute in England based in systemic psychodynamics.

Individual supervision

I propose individual sessions for coaches who want to explore their unconscious habits and blind spots; who would like to continue growing and evolving in a personalised and unique space — coaches interested in acquiring new skills and perspectives on the coaching processes they are developing with their clients.

Group supervision

I propose group supervision sessions with other coaches, where we can analyse cases, grow and feel connected with colleagues who are working with similar and/or different challenges.

Coaching Supervision is a formal process of professional support, which ensures continuing development of the coach and the effectiveness of his/her coaching practice through interactive reflection, interpretive evaluation and the sharing of expertise

Coaching Supervision is the process by which a coach, with the help of a supervisor, can attend to understanding better both the client system and themselves as part of the client–coach system, and by so doing transform their work and develop their craft.
